Corporate Event Planning
Where moments become magic
The reward trip your top performers talk about for years. The sales kickoff that actually lands. We plan and run corporate programs end to end and handle everything your attendees should never have to notice.
Two kinds of programs. One person accountable for all of it.
Incentive travel & executive programs
Reward trips, President's Club, leadership retreats, and board offsites. The programs where the experience is the point.
Destination and property sourcing · Site visits and contract negotiation · Air, ground, and arrival experience · Room blocks, upgrades, and VIP handling · Dine-arounds, off-sites, and guest programs · Awards nights, gifting, and room drops · On-site management with a 24-hour point of contact
Sales meetings & trade shows
Kickoffs, national sales meetings, user conferences, and exhibit programs. The ones with a number attached to them.
Agenda design and general session flow · Venue sourcing, F&B, and room blocks · Staging, AV, lighting, and speaker support · Exhibit build, freight, and show services · Booth staffing, briefings, and lead capture · Reconciliation and post-program reporting

01 · Strategy & budget
Plan
Objectives, budget, destination or venue selection, sourcing and contracts, and a run of show everyone actually follows.
02 · Production
Build
Vendors, travel, staging, AV, and the hundred details that decide whether the first hour feels effortless or chaotic.
03 · On site
Live
We're there for the whole thing. Attendee care, vendor wrangling, and the real-time problem-solving that never makes the recap.
04 · Reconcile & report
Wrap
Final billing reviewed line by line, vendor close-out, attendee feedback, and a report that tells you whether it was worth it.

Trade Show Diaries
A series about what actually happens before the doors open. Load-in, freight, the rebuild at midnight. The parts of this work nobody films.

We plan and produce corporate programs: incentive trips and executive retreats where the experience is the whole point, and sales meetings and trade shows where there's a number attached. Different rooms, same job: make it feel effortless from the other side.
Clients hire us because they'd rather be talking to their people than chasing a vendor. We take the program end to end, we're on site for all of it, and we reconcile the invoices line by line when it's over.
We started Trade Show Diaries because the industry mostly shows you the finished photo: the perfect room, the full aisle, the happy client. It skips the 5am load-in, the shipment stuck in Ohio, the last-minute rebuild. That's the part we find interesting, and it's the part that teaches you anything.
Based in Denver. Available for programs nationwide and abroad.
